About Gdański Business Centre
- Located next to the Dworzec Gdański metro station and the Warszawa Dworzec Gdański railway station, Gdański Business Centre is made up of four office buildings each offering ground floor retail space.
- Each of the buildings achieved BREEAM Excellent – New Construction around the time of completion and BREEAM In-Use Excellent in April 2025.
- Gdański Business Centre was awarded the Building Without Barriers certificate in 2023. The certificate was created by Integration Foundation in Poland to assess the accessibility of a building’s environment and a number of accessibility features were put in place in order to achieve the certification:
- A tactile map featuring a 3D layout and braille is now displayed in reception.
- The elevator system was upgraded to feature audio guidance and additional button options to aid the visually impaired.
- Devices have been added to reception to allow ‘live’ communication with sign language interpreters, and more areas of the car park now feature larger parking spaces for people with disabilities.
- Training was also provided to the facilities management team on the new accessibility systems and features at the centre.
