Savills Investment Management (“Savills IM”), the international real estate investment manager, has hired Lucy Williams as Head of Client Capital, UK. Based in London, she will report to Giuseppe Oriani, Co-Head of Client Capital (EMEA) and join the firm in November.
Lucy has over 25 years’ experience in business development, capital raising, account management and investor relations, including 15 years in real estate fund management. She joins Savills IM from M&G Real Estate, where she was most recently Head of Business Development and Investor Relations. She also previously held the role of Director of Institutional Business for UK and Europe at the firm.
In her new role, she will oversee client and relationships and capital raising in the UK market, fostering existing relationships and developing new contacts for both Savills IM’s real estate equity and private debt offering. She will also be responsible for Global Consultant relationships who will report to the HQ in the UK. Lucy will also be coordinating the approach to the Global Consultants, working alongside Apwinder Foster, Head of Product Strategy at DRC Savills IM, Savills IM’s dedicated CRE debt platform which offers products in the senior, whole loan and high yield strategies, to ensure consistency among both teams.
The firm has also hired Victoria Morrison as RFP and Presentations Manager. Victoria has strong experience in RFP management across the real estate industry. She previously held roles as Senior RFP Manager of EMEA and Deputy Head of RFP, APAC at abdrn during the firm’s crucial rebranding stages.
