Savills Investment Management (“Savills IM”), the international real estate investment manager, today announces the promotion of Juan Miguel Marinas to Head of Asset Management. Juan Miguel will take on his new role in addition to his current responsibilities as Director of Asset Management for Spain & Portugal.
Reporting to Kiran Patel, Global CIO and deputy CEO, Juan Miguel will be responsible for asset management operations across the business, including management of key service providers such as property managers, as well as overseeing the integration of both ESG and technology into the asset management business.
Juan Miguel brings a wealth of broader asset management experience to his new role, having spent four years in his role as Director of Asset Management, Spain & Portugal, as well as over a decade as Director of Asset Management at Zaphir Asset Management. What is more, Juan Miguel has also worked for Coperfil Real Estate Group, a developer of logistics-related spaces.
