Our inaugural Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) report outlines our commitment to D&I, details the structures and initiatives we have in place, and highlights our ongoing efforts to advance D&I throughout Savills IM.
In this report:
- D&I Strategy: Read about our strategic D&I framework, adopted to help our business achieve its D&I aim, set priorities and underpin our progress as we continuously seek to improve our working environment for the benefit of all.
- Objectives: In 2023 we adopted five D&I objectives, so that we can measure our output from the D&I initiatives and hold ourselves accountable for progress.
- D&I Focus Groups: Each focus group develops initiatives that promote awareness and celebration of specific D&I areas, see the initiatives our D&I focus groups have organized for our colleagues.
Our annual D&I reports cover the 12 months for the relevant reporting period and all references reflect the strategy as it stood at that point in time.
