European Urban Logistics & Industrial

Excess demand and rental upside potential in Europe’s logistics sector is perhaps strongest in the continent’s fast growing urban centres. Demand is driven by rising urbanisation, increasing e-commerce activity and supply chains moving closer to the end consumer. While a lack of available land and limited state-of-the art stock are creating supply concerns.

Why European Urban Logistics & Industrial

High competition for urban land

Ongoing urbanisation

Need for fast delivery

Demand for efficient space

Our European Urban Logistics & Industrial Strategy

We are building a diversified portfolio of urban I&L assets in formats and markets with outstanding and above average rental-growth potential.
We target markets across Europe, focusing on strategic locations in and around densely populated urban areas. We examine the market resilience of urban centres as investment locations through a dedicated urban I&L-scoring-tool.
We seek to manage energy efficient I&L assets, making relevant sustainability upgrades where necessary. The flagship fund in our European Urban Logistics programme reports in alignment with Article 8 of the EU’s SFDR.
