About the asset
- In 2022 we acquired three multi-family assets on a forward commitment basis. Together the assets represent 200+ homes and retail space on the ground floor of each building.
- Our asset management focus was to secure pre-leasing on construction completion, rapid stabilisation and achieving rents above underwritten rental levels.
- Our team collaborated with the developer to allow for pre-completion leasing activities and recorded 16% blended occupancy across the site at day 1 of the assets’ operations.
- Post-handover, occupancy reached 70% within six months of acquisition.
