  • Strategically located in Hyvinkää, north of Helsinki and let to the Nordic region’s leading distributor of installation products, tools and construction.
  • The asset was expanded by around 10,000 square meters of lettable area, which involved merging two plots, moving an access road and making changes to the infrastructure.
  • Sustainability features were added across the site with at least 18 e-charging stations, additional solar panels and so-called ‘rain gardens’ installed.
