Alice Finney

Global Head of Human Resources

Alice is the Global Head of Human Resources. Prior to Savills IM Alice worked as Head of Human Resources at Dorrington PLC and previously held positions at RBS Global Banking & Markets and LaSalle Investment Management. Alice holds a BA in Geography and Archaeology from the University of Manchester and MA in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University.

Cyrus Korat

Managing Partner, DRC Savills IM

Cyrus has over 29 years of real estate and debt capital markets experience. Prior to DRC Capital (now DRC Savills IM), Cyrus was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch & Co where he was a senior risk taker across a number of businesses including ABS/Mortgage trading, credit exotics trading and illiquids. Cyrus holds a BSc in Banking and Finance from Loughborough University.

Emma Barr

Global Head of Legal

Emma is the Global Head of Legal of Savills IM and has held senior positions focused on legal advisory for real estate for over 15 years. Prior to Savills IM, Emma was Assistant General Counsel at Round Hill Capital. Emma holds an LLB in Law from King’s College London.

James Howard

Global Chief Financial Officer

James is the Global Chief Financial Officer of Savills IM and has held senior positions in Real Estate for over 15 years. Prior to Savills IM, James worked in Real Estate advisory for both EY and KPMG. James has a BA in Politics from University of Nottingham and is a Member of ICAS (the professional body of Charted Accountants).

Kevin Aitchison

Managing Director - Head of Equity Real Estate Europe

Kevin is the Head of Equity Real Estate Europe for Savills IM. He has held senior positions in real estate for over 30 years. Prior to Savills IM, Kevin was Chief Executive Officer of Knight Frank Investment Management for over 10 years. Kevin holds a BSc in Building Surveying from the University of Reading, is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and a Board Director of The Association of Real Estate Funds.

Laurence Greenblatt

Global Head of Risk and Compliance

Laurence is the Global Head of Risk and Compliance of Savills IM and has held senior positions in finance for over 20 years. Prior to Savills IM, Laurence was Global Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Hudson Advisors and Lone Star. Laurence holds an LLB in Law from University of the Witwatersrand.

Michael is the Global CIO & Interim CEO, Savills IM and has held senior positions in real estate for over 25 years. Prior to joining Savills IM, Michael spent over 15 years at Nuveen Real Estate where he held various roles including CIO and Head of Funds Management, EMEA; and CIO, Europe and APAC; Head of UK Investment. Michael has a BSc Honors, in Urban Land Economics from Sheffield Hallam University and is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).

Richard Lake

Global Head of Investment Risk

Richard is the Global Head of Investment Risk at Savills IM and has held senior positions in real estate for over 30 years. Prior to Savills IM, Richard worked within the Grosvenor Hill Ventures team at Savills, the Group’s proprietary trading and co-investment operation. Richard has a BSc in Estate Management and is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).
